8 oz. med. noodles
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed in a garlic press or minced
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. breadcrumbs, browned in butter
InstructionsCook noodles in boiling water until tender and drain well. Meanwhile, heat butter, garlic, pepper, and salt together just until butter is lightly browned. Pour butter over noodles. Add crumbs and toss slightly until noodles are well-coated and crumbs are evenly distributed. Serve immediately.
