2 c. hot water

1 pkg. lemon gelatin dessert

1/4 c. granulated sugar

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 c. orange juice

2 tbsp. grated orange rind

1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Orange segments or sliced strawberries


  1. Pour hot water over gelatin dessert and stir to dissolve.
  2. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice, orange juice, and grated orange rind.
  3. Chill until mounds, fold in half the fruit and all the whipped cream.
  4. Chill to set. Top with remaining fruit.
