Pizza Dough


3 1/2 c. lukewarm water

1 pkg. dry yeast

1 tbsp. salt

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 c. dry milk

1/4 c. oil

2 eggs

Flour, as much as needed


  1. Put 1/2 c. lukewarm in a cup and add sugar and the dry yeast. Set aside to rise.
  2. In a large bowl, put the 3 cups of lukewarm water, salt, dry milk, oil, and eggs, and mix. Add the yeast mixture and stir.
  3. Add enough flour to make a soft dough (about 3 1/2 to 4 lb.). Knead about 10 minutes. Let it rise.
