Salami Pie


1 1/2 lb. fresh Italian cheese (basket cheese)

1 lb. salami (Genoa)

1 lb. boiled ham

1 1/2 or 2 1/2 dozen eggs, depending on the size

Recipe for piecrust


  1. Line a 14x8 (or larger) pan with any good piecrust.
  2. Layer ham, cheese, and salami in the same until all is used.
  3. Pour eggs over all of this.
  4. Bake in 350-degree oven about 1 1/2 hours or until set.
