1 1/2 lb. fresh Italian cheese (basket cheese)
1 lb. salami (Genoa)
1 lb. boiled ham
1 1/2 or 2 1/2 dozen eggs, depending on the size
Recipe for piecrust
InstructionsLine a 14x8 (or larger) pan with any good piecrust. Layer ham, cheese, and salami in the same until all is used. Pour eggs over all of this. Bake in 350-degree oven about 1 1/2 hours or until set.
