2 lb. ground pork

2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

1 tsp. parsely

1/2 small clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1 tbsp. fennel seed

Instructions

  1. Mix together. Let stand in refrigerator about 2 days.
  2. Form patties. Use or pack and freeze.
